Dr. Matt Miller and our entire team are committed to providing the highest quality orthodontic care for children, teens, and adults across Suffolk County. Every patient is treated personally by Dr. Miller, every visit. What makes Dr. Miller different from other orthodontists?
Dr. Miller is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, a credential earned by passing rigorous clinical examinations beyond standard licensing. He personally treats every patient at every visit and teaches at Stony Brook University.
Do I need a referral to book a consultation?
No referral is needed. Anyone can schedule a free consultation directly by calling our office or booking online. We welcome patients of all ages whether or not they were referred by a dentist.
What areas do you serve?
Our office is located in Rocky Point and we serve families throughout Suffolk County including Stony Brook, Setauket, Port Jefferson, Mount Sinai, Miller Place, Shoreham, Wading River, and surrounding communities.
What ages do you treat?
We treat patients of all ages. The American Association of Orthodontists recommends a first screening by age 7, but it's never too late to start. Many of our patients are adults seeking discreet options like Invisalign, ceramic braces, or LightForce.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit includes a comprehensive exam, digital imaging, and a one-on-one discussion with Dr. Miller about your goals. You'll leave with a clear understanding of your options, a recommended treatment plan, and a full cost breakdown. The consultation is completely free.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We work with most major orthodontic insurance plans and offer flexible monthly payment options for patients without coverage. Everything is reviewed clearly at your consultation so there are no surprises.
